One of the major advantages of Botox is that it comes with little to no recovery time. Most patients can return to their normal activities immediately after treatment. However, to ensure the best results:
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Don't lie down for 4 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours.
